Delivery & Returns
We provide nationwide timely weight based delivery right at your doorstep at Rs.150/- for all orders equal to or below 1 kg. Rs. 230/- for a weight of 1-2 kg of order. The maximum shipping fee is Rs. 300. We strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible, therefore, all orders received before 4 pm are dispatched the same day and get delivered within 24-96 hours after being dispatched.
An order once confirmed is dispatched on priority so that it reaches you as soon as possible. Unexpected delays can occur due to unforeseen reasons like law and order situation or weather conditions. If you are moving from your location or have ordered product(s) for a specific occasion we recommend to give at least 24-48 hours margin than the usual delivery time. If for some reason you don’t receive your order within the allotted time, you can track your order here, or can get in touch with our customer services representatives so that we can take the necessary steps to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible.
Return and Exchange
While we always aim and ensure to provide you with the best products and customer service, we understand that there will be times when you may wish to return or exchange a product you purchased from us. We offer a 5 days return / exchange for your complete satisfaction subject to conditions below.
To return/ exchange a product(s), first initiate the return/ exchange process by contacting our customer services representatives. Once the product reaches our premises, undergoes inspection and is in line with our return/exchange conditions, your product will be returned/ exchanged.
Product(s) you wish to return will have to be dropped/ shipped to our address in Islamabad by any courier service.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
– Product(s) can be returned/exchanged within 5 days of order delivery.
– Product(s) must be unused, unwashed and in an undamaged condition.
– You are welcome to try on a product(s) but please take adequate measures to preserve its new condition.
– Product(s) must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box),
– It is your duty to ensure proper packing of the product(s) so that they reach our premises safely.
– Please ensure that the product packing is not tapped directly by the courier, use the courier box or flyer to put the product(s),
– An order can be returned/exchanged only once using the drop of facility, for further return/exchange the cost will have to be borne by customer
– For return/ exchange, cost of courier to send the product(s) back to our premises will be borne by the customer.
– In case the product(s) delivered were incorrect, different or faulty, the cost of courier will be refunded upon presenting the proof of payment.
– If the product was alright and customer still wants to return it because of “change of mind”. He/ She will be entertained but the cost of shipping back the item to our location and the exact shipping fee we pay to the courier will not be refunded. Similarly while refunding the mode of refund may it be BAT (Bank account transfer) or EasyPaisa will be borne by the customer.
– In case you have purchased product(s) which had a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product(s) as well.
– In case you have purchased product(s) in bundle/combo and you wish to return the main product, then you will have to return the discounted product(s) as well, failure to do so will result in reversal of the free/discounted product(s) to full price.
– Delivery charges are non-refundable.
– Product(s) sold in sale or promotions do not qualify for a free return or exchange. This does not, however, disqualify your right to return or exchange the product(s), you can return the product as long as you are bearing the cost of courier/carriage and any other costs that might be incurred while fulfilling your return/exchange request.
– Kindly refer to the return and exchange policy mentioned for each product on the product(s) page, it has to be viewed in accordance with the policy mentioned here. In case there is no specific policy mentioned for the product then this standard policy holds good. In case of any scenerio not mentioned here, decision taken of our customer representatives will be final.
– This policy can be updated with time, it is therefore, recommended to overview it while ordering.
